Shipping
We strive to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Shipments are made within 24/48 hours of payment receipt, depending on the type and availability of the product requested.
For orders placed via bank transfer, order processing will only begin after we have received and verified the actual crediting of the payment. Following confirmation, we will proceed with the preparation and shipment of the order.
The times indicated above refer to the preparation and handover of the order to the courier and may vary according to the delivery times of the chosen shipping service.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are always borne by the customer and are applied according to the methods and rates provided at the time of the order.
Returns
Returns can be requested within 14 days of product receipt, exclusively for a valid reason and after communicating with our customer service.
The product must be returned in the condition it was received, intact and complete with any original packaging, accessories, and materials.
The return request must be communicated and authorized in advance. Returns made without prior communication will not be accepted.
Custom products
For products made to measure or customized according to the customer's specifications, requests, and instructions, returns will not be possible.
Such items are indeed created specifically based on the customer's needs and characteristics, and due to their personalized nature, they cannot be intended for normal resale.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer.
Any shipping costs incurred for the return will therefore be borne by the customer and cannot be refunded, except in cases provided for by applicable law.
